Andree Duval currently serves as a Transition Coordinator for Correctional Education at the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (DLLR) in Baltimore, MD. She works with the staff of the Correctional Education programs, the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services and DLLR to ensure the delivery of effective and innovative inmate workforce development and re-entry programming. She is involved with running Transition Programs in the prisons including an Employment Readiness Workshop and Introduction to Computers program. She also is involved in a limited internet access program for inmates that allows soon to release offenders to access job search and reentry resource websites prior to release. In addition, Andree works with a team of professionals to deliver staff trainings across the state in the National Institute of Corrections training programs such as the Offender Employment Specialist (OES) training and the Offender Workforce Development Specialist (OWDS) training. She serves on several correctional and reentry committees in Maryland. Andree formerly served as the Assistant Deputy Superintendent of Education Programs at the Hampden County Correctional Center in Ludlow, MA.
